Operation Press Paws, Inc. is a 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to curbing the homeless cat population in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and surrounding areas. Through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), they provide humane trapping, spay/neuter surgery, and veterinary care, returning feral cats to their colonies and placing socialized cats and kittens into loving foster and adoptive homes.
$60 for a single cat, $100 for a pair
Cats are adopted as indoor pets only. Declawing is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Adopting young kittens in pairs is strongly recommended.
Interested adopters must submit an adoption application for approval, pay the adoption fee, and meet all placement requirements. Paper applications can also be requested via email.
