Pick of the Litter Animal Rescue Corp is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-run, no-kill rescue based in Charleston, West Virginia, serving Southern West Virginia. Dedicated to saving homeless, abandoned, and abused cats and dogs, the organization focuses on neonatal care, special needs, and senior animals. Through foster care, complete veterinary vetting, and community spay/neuter education, they prepare rescued cats and kittens for permanent homes.
