Urban Cat Coalition has been a 501(c)(3) charitable organization since 2017, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. The adoption process includes filling out an application, 2-5 days for application review with background and veterinary reference checks, a meet-and-greet with the foster cat (virtual or in-person), a 24-hour hold after meet-and-greet, and finalization with the foster family. Adopters must be at least 21 years old and pay adoption fees by credit/debit card (165 dollars for kittens under 7 months, $305 for two kittens, or 85 dollars for adults 7 months and older). The foster family will provide medical records and microchip registration information.
