All Species Adoption Program (ASAP) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abused, neglected, abandoned, or surrendered animals. Surrendering a cat

Owned animals are accepted by appointment only and require a meeting with a trained team member to review the animal's behavior, health, and history. If relinquishing, owners sign a contract waiving all rights without a remorse period, and a donation is requested if the pet is not spayed/neutered or up to date on vaccines.
