Cat Hustler is based in Centreville, Virginia, and grew out of one person's effort to help rescuers write better adoption bios for the cats they were fighting to place. It was never intended to become a formal organization, just a way to make that part of rescue work a little easier for the people doing it, and a place for rescuers to connect with others who understand the work without needing much explanation.
