People for Pets Foundation (PFPF) is an all-volunteer, non-profit cat rescue and sanctuary based in Jeffersonton, Virginia. Founded in 2008, the organization rescues cats from abandonment, surrender, neglect, and abuse, placing special focus on difficult-to-rehome felines, shy cats, and FIV+ cats.
