Friends of Pets Start an adoption application

An all-volunteer Anchorage nonprofit that pulls cats and dogs from Anchorage Animal Care and Control and places them in adoptive homes. It also runs spay/neuter assistance available to Alaska residents statewide, plus behavior resources and support services for pet owners.
